The document below represents the Terms and Conditions (contract) that apply to the relationship between us, as the owners of the revistatus.ro platform, and you, as a user of our services. Please read this contract carefully.
 

1. Platform Owner

1. SC REEA SRL is the owner and operator of the revistatus.ro platform, as well as the provider of services offered through the platform.
2. SC REEA SRL is a commercial company organized and operating in accordance with the laws of Romania, with headquarters in Mun. Târgu-Mureș, Piața Republicii No. 41, Jud. Mureș, Romania, postal code 540110, registered in the Trade Register under number J26/628/1998, with fiscal identification code RO10966500.
    

2. Purpose of these Terms and Conditions

1. This document regarding the Terms and Conditions applies when you visit and use the revistatus.ro platform.
2. When you visit and use the platform, you are a beneficiary of our services and must comply with these Conditions. You must carefully read and agree to these Conditions before using our services. If you do not agree with these Conditions, you cannot use the platform.
3. We reserve the right to limit access to the platform for individuals who violate these Conditions.
4. These Conditions represent an agreement concluded with the visitors and users of the platform. 5. By using the platform, you expressly declare that you have read these Conditions, fully and unconditionally agree to its clauses, and understand that compliance with the Conditions is mandatory.
6. Reea may request your agreement to these Conditions through a specific action, which signifies unequivocal consent (e.g., checking a specific box). By using the services and checking the respective box, you agree to comply with all the clauses in these Conditions and declare that you are aware of the processing of your personal data as described in these Conditions and in the Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Reea's Services

1. As a rule, access to the platform is allowed to anyone who accepts the Terms and Conditions and meets the conditions in this section.
2. In exceptional cases and for valid reasons, we have the right to restrict access to users who act contrary to the law, morals, or good faith and/or who could harm Reea or third parties.
3. The platform can only be used by adults or by minors under the supervision of an adult with full legal capacity. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these conditions.
4. If any of the conditions outlined above in this article are not met, you must immediately cease using our services.
    

4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Any content element on the platform (such as registered trademarks, logos, images, texts, graphic elements, audio and video files) exclusively belongs to Reea, the writers, and illustrators with whom Reea has collaborated and is protected by intellectual property laws. This content cannot be copied, disassembled, modified, reproduced, or published by anyone without the prior written consent of Reea or the authors. Any unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
2. The platform publishes literary creations and/or illustrations with the prior consent of their authors. The authors of the creations are responsible for the originality or ownership of the copyrights over the creations they publish through the platform.
3. Interested individuals who want to publish stories, poems, or comics on the Platform can submit their creations through the form available on the "Publish Your Creations" page within the Platform. The submitted creations may be published on the Platform after (i) our team verifies the content and (ii) a separate contract is signed between the author/legal representative of a minor author and Reea. After submitting your creation through the form, you will be contacted via email regarding the publication of your creation. The separate contract, signed between Reea and the author/legal representative, represents the special conditions under which we can publish the creation on the Platform. The author of the creation or their legal representative (in the case of a minor author) is responsible for ensuring that the content submitted for publication on the Platform does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. You agree that we have the right to delete the texts if we find that this obligation has been violated.
4. Reea provides free and unlimited access to the information within the Platform. The content (text, images, audio, video) may only be viewed, transmitted, and printed for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. In the event that third parties notify Reea of the infringement of their rights by a user who has submitted literary creations and/or illustrations for publication, the user alone is responsible for compensating the damages caused to third parties and/or Reea.
6. If any information available on the Platform falls under copyright law, the user is requested to notify us at the email address redactia(at)revistatus.ro in order for the necessary legal measures to be taken.
7. By publishing content through the Platform, you grant us worldwide, free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to distribute the content created by you for the purpose of displaying it within the Platform, promoting it, or distributing it on online platforms where the Platform and Reea SRL have a page/account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Due to the nature of the internet, we do not have full control and cannot be held responsible for how third parties distribute the content created by you.
8. By using the Platform, you agree that electronic communication through the Platform and/or email may be considered written communication, and to preserve it, you agree that we are authorized to store such communication in an unaltered form.
    

5. Confidentiality and Access to Personal Data

1. Any information provided, in written or oral form, in the communications between Reea and users during the duration of the Conditions represents confidential information.
2. Reea has access to the personal data that users of the Platform provide for the purpose of using our Services. Detailed information on how personal data collected or processed in any other way through the Platform is handled is provided in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
    

6. Referrals to Third-Party Sources

1. The Platform may contain external links (links, banners, advertisements) or referrals to other websites/platforms (e.g., Facebook) that are not owned by Reea. Specific terms and conditions of use apply to the use of such websites/platforms, and Reea is not responsible and does not assume any obligation regarding their content. Please read the policies of these respective companies before agreeing to the processing of any personal data that belongs to you.
2. Any links to other websites are provided solely for the purpose of increased accessibility of information, and Reea cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites or for the products or services promoted or sold through them.
    

7. Limitation of Liability by Reea

1. Reea provides access to the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Our services may be subject to limitations, delays, and/or other issues inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk. We will not be liable for interruptions, connection errors, unavailability, or malfunctions of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.
2. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Platform, the servers on which the Platform is hosted, or the email services are free of viruses or other destructive programs. Furthermore, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or any kind of damages resulting from the use of our Services.
3. Reea cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions that may occur in the drafting or presentation of materials available on the Platform that have been provided to us by third parties.
4. The information included on the Platform is for informational purposes and is provided in good faith, from the sources indicated within the Platform. The information available on the Platform does not constitute professional assistance or advice on the presented topics. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for how you use the information presented on the Platform. The user accepts and understands that Reea cannot be held responsible for any damages that may result from the improper use of the information presented on the Platform.
5. Reea may sell or subcontract the rights and obligations subject to these Conditions without the prior consent of the authors of the creations published on the Platform, to the extent that we have a legitimate interest and this does not limit the rights of the author as provided by law. The author cannot assign, subcontract, or transfer the rights and obligations subject to these Conditions, in whole or in part, considering that the use of the Platform is personal unless the express prior agreement of Reea is obtained.
6. Reea has the right to modify or remove various functions of the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time, without the need to provide prior notification. You agree that such changes may cause interruptions, and Reea cannot be held responsible for them.
7. By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless to the extent permitted by law regarding (i) any breach of these Conditions committed by you and (ii) any claims made against us by a third party arising from your improper use of the Platform.
    

8. Modification of the Conditions. Applicable Law.

1. Reea reserves the right to modify these Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notification to users. When you revisit the Platform, please check the date of the last update.
2. The applicable law to these Conditions is Romanian law. If the parties fail to amicably resolve their disputes, the competent courts are those in Târgu-Mureș.
